How to prevent a return:

✧ Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any questions you may have upon purchasing.

✧ We always provide measurements for all our items. If you wish to see more pictures or something is not clear, feel free to DM us on instagram.

✧ We encourage conscious shopping, so if you are in doubt, don't buy it :)

✧ Returns cost a lot of money, packaging materials and are bad for the environment.

To make a return:

1. Send us an email:

2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason why.
3. We will send you the return address.
4. Arrange your own preferred shipping method for the return.
5. After we have received the item we will process the refund by original payment method asap.
6. The shipping cost for your original order AND the return shipping cost are at your expense.

NO RETURNS:
keychains, final sale items.

✧ Sizing is based on European sizing.

✧ Measurements are in centimeters.

✧ We can make adjustments to a fit, for example longer sleeves, but this only applies to made-to-order which is stated in the item description.

✧ In the latter, please add your wishes in the notes during checkout.

✧ Deadstock fabrics when possible.

✧ OEKO-TEX certified fabrics.

✧ Recyled polyester labels.

✧ Plastic-free packaging (plastic shipping bags from recycled plastic during fall/winter due to weather conditions).

We try to keep our business as sustainable as possible but please keep in mind that sustainability is very complex. We don't believe that any company can ever be truly sustainable. Even in our made-to-order process, fabric waste is unavoidable. We also sell leather bags and clothing items that are not made by Mipi, these items are also less sustainable. In the end it is all about choices, and doing what feels right for you. Just like a business, a consumer can never be perfect. Please think well before you purchase an item and give the item the love and care that it deserves.
