Designed with a flattering fit and a subtle leg slit, it brings together comfort and elegance in a timeless silhouette.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Posie Pointelle Skirt is worked top-down and started by casting on stitches for the waistband. The waistband is folded in half and elastic is encased for a comfortable fit. Then, the pointelle lace motif is started whilst also shaping the hips. There are two hip sizes to choose for each waist size.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce the hip shaping is finished, the skirt is worked in the round until just above knee length. At this point, a slit is worked, providing a fun visual detail, and increased range of motion. The hem of the skirt is finished with a crochet scalloped border. Then, each side of the leg slit is finished with a double knit button band.
